Piraņa screenshots

Main screen
In the main window, the modeler is presented with an overview of the models in the current folder, together with model description, run results, and notes. On the right, datasets, output tables, Xpose datasets or R scripts are be shown.

Linux
Piraņa also runs on Linux (here shown on Ubuntu). This screenshot shows the interface to the PsN-toolkit.

Overview running models
In this window, all models that are currently running in the current folder, and the folders below (e.g. for PsN runs) are scanned for intermediate results. Overview shows OFV, parameter estimates, gradients. A plot is shown of all gradients and the OFV over the iterations.

Piraņa Data Inspector
Enables plotting of variables in tables or csv files, with filtering, log transformation, and generation of R code

Plot correlation matrix
Create these plots to conveniently check for correlations between parameters. Needs 'ellipse' module in R, and of course the correlation matrix from a NM results file. (Murdoch, D.J. and Chow, E.D. (1996). A graphical display of large correlation matrices. The American Statistician 50, 178-180.)
