 Main screen In the main window, the modeler is presented with an overview of the models in the current folder, together with model description, run results, and notes. On the right, datasets, output tables, Xpose datasets or R scripts are be shown.

 Linux Piraņa also runs on Linux (here shown on Ubuntu). This screenshot shows the interface to the PsN-toolkit.

 Overview running models In this window, all models that are currently running in the current folder, and the folders below (e.g. for PsN runs) are scanned for intermediate results. Overview shows OFV, parameter estimates, gradients. A plot is shown of all gradients and the OFV over the iterations.

Plot correlation matrix Create these plots to conveniently check for correlations between parameters. Needs 'ellipse' module in R, and of course the correlation matrix from a NM results file.
