Installation guide
Download installer, install to e.g. C:\Program Files\Pirana, fire up Pirana. Next, add one or more local NONMEM installations (if you want to use NONMEM locally) and check settings and software links.
Manual
Although it is my view that Pirana is easy to use, the 15 minutes that will take you to read the manual will probably be time well spent.
