Piraņa is a graphical user interface (GUI) for performing pharmacometric analyses with NONMEM and PsN. It provides a platform for model management, editing, running and evaluation of models.
Piraņa can be used for modeling on your local PC, but can also be used as an interface to computer clusters. It also provides it's own easy-to-implement distribution infrastructure (PCluster). Piraņa runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.
This software is developed at the department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the Slotervaart Hospital and the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam and is released under an open source license.
